Message from the founder

Ps. James & Lillian Teira

At first I wanted to become a businessman to create jobs for my people, but later the Lord showed me He wanted me in full-time ministry. During the process, the Lord provided for me to attend Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. I hold a bachelors degree in commerce with a major in marketing. Later I attended Glad Tidings Bible College in Uganda where I received my pastoral training in youth ministry. Through prayer and circumstances the Lord showed me He wanted me in the ministry working with children and youth. God has revealed to me that the only way to change a nation is by influencing the younger generation the right way. If we bring this young generation to God, teach them His ways, educate and equip them with necessary life skills, we will be able to build a new generation of God-fearing people.

These will be godly parents, husbands/wives, politicians, etc. with a right attitude. From my own youth I have worked with youth and children. I have worked as a children’s and youth pastor in a number of places since the early 90’s: AWANA, annual children’s & youth camps, Makerere Full Gospel Church, Gaba Community Church, African Children’s Choir, Mwangaza Children’s Choir and Africa Renewal Ministries.
